Celtic fans have been given a potential preview of next season’s home kit after images leaked online to show the latest design
Popular kit leaker Footy Headlines has shared an image of the green and white stripped kit.
It is claimed that the Adidas home shirt for the 2022-23 season will feature an understated design but with eye-catching details that Celtic fans will pick up on.
Most notable are the triangular detailing in the traditional hoops and the addition of a silver color to adidas’ signature three stripes.
The design appears to be a break from the trend of new adidas shirts appearing ahead of the new season, all of which have club badges on the shields and detailed retro colouring.
If the latest “leak” turns out to be accurate, it looks like Ange Postecoglou’s men will line up in a more traditional effort.
The season promises to be important for Postecoglou and his team as they prepare for a return to the Champions League group stage.
They also have a Scottish Premiership title to defend after winning it back from Glasgow rivals Rangers this season.
The kit has yet to be officially announced by the club but it could happen in the coming weeks now that the domestic season is over.
