Young adults looking for full-time or part-time employment can get help from the two free “Get Hired” virtual fairs from Middlesex County Office of Career Opportunity’s ELITE Youth Program this month.

Open to all New Jersey residents aged 16 to 24, the events are designed to help job seekers navigate the workforce as competitive and marketable candidates, while connecting them with organizations and local employers.

The Get Hired Resource Fair, which will provide advice on resume writing and interview techniques (including mock interviews) and connect participants with community resources, will be held on June 23 at 3 p.m. 30 to 5 p.m. To register for the event, visit bit.ly/2TNUNkt.

Participating community partners include the Bayside Family Success Center, the Middlesex County Business Solutions Team, Middlesex County Mobile Family Success and the Middlesex County NJ Youth Corps. The event will feature sweepstakes for partner sponsored gift cards for attendees.

The Get Hired Job Fair will take place from 2 pm to 4 pm on June 30 and will feature employers with vacancies in a range of industries in Middlesex County. To register, visit bit.ly/3iXv3wC.

The ELITE Youth program of the Middlesex County Career Opportunities Office will host both events in conjunction with the Middlesex County Family Support Organization, Bayside Family Success Center, Greenway Family Success Center, Harmony Family Success Center , the NJ Youth Corps of Middlesex County and the County of Middlesex. Career Opportunities Office Business Solutions Team.
